Experience guided deep relaxation - Yoga Nidra ("yogic sleep") group session
Lay down or sit comfortably and be guided in yoga nidra, a practice of deep relaxation. Yoga nidra is a guided meditation with no physical poses involved. Benefits of this practice may include reduction in stress, better sleep, greater connection to self, and increased mental clarity.No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. All are welcome!
I am trained in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra and I'll take you through a relaxation journey of body and breath awareness, revealed personal intentions, and soothing guided imagery.To register, simply send payment of $20 with Venmo to @bostonreiki or with PayPal by clicking here. Checks also accepted.
You will then receive an email with the Zoom link for class. Can't make it at this time? Want to review our practice? After class, you will receive a link to view a replay for up to 7 days.
Class is recorded--the recording only shows the instructor. For your privacy, gallery view is not recorded. Feel free to keep your camera on or off during class.

Gentle Yoga
Thursday, March 26, 7:00pm - 8:00pm on Zoom
Experience a gentle yoga practice and support the Allston-Brighton Food Pantry!
In this class we will move mindfully, stretch gently, and use the breath to relax and focus. We'll practice a number of yoga poses for strength, balance, and deep relaxation. There will be a mix of gentle flow and still poses. The last portion of class will be a guided deep relaxation practice.
All are welcome, including those new to yoga.
Suggested props: yoga mat or blanket/towel on non-slip surface and blankets and pillows.
Everyone's camera and audio will be turned off for a smoother connection.

The food pantry is an important resource in my community and the building is currently closed due roof damage and water infiltration caused by massive ice dams this winter. Adaptive Chair Yoga
This class is for anyone seated in a chair or wheelchair - no prior yoga experience required. We will move mindfully, stretch gently, and use our breath to relax and focus.
Optional props:
- 2 yoga blocks or two small stacks of books
- blanket or towel

Private sessions
I offer one-on-one gentle and adaptive yoga classes tailored to you with personalized support and feedback. Each session is held on Zoom and comes with a recording you can download and keep. Great for both beginners and experienced yoga students.
To schedule a private session, follow these easy steps:

- Send payment of $75/60 minute session with Venmo to @bostonreiki or with PayPal by clicking here.
- Email me to schedule. Appointments for private sessions are available weeknights after 5:00pm ET and weekend days. Early weekday morning and mid-day sessions are sometimes available as well.
