Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series, Wednesdays, May 8 - August 28, 6:00pm - 7:00pm ET*

*No class June 19 in observance of Juneteenth

Experience a gentle yoga practice. All are welcome; you don't need to be a Boston resident!

In this class we will move mindfully, stretch gently, and use the breath to relax and focus. We'll practice a number of yoga poses for strength, balance, and deep relaxation. There will be a mix of gentle flow and still poses. The last portion of class will be dedicated to deep relaxation through postures, meditation, and breathing exercises. All are welcome including those new to yoga.

Suggested props:

  • yoga mat or blanket/towel on non-slip surface
  • yoga blocks or two small stacks of books
  • a blanket or towel

Adaptive Chair Yoga

This class is for anyone seated in a chair or wheelchair - no prior yoga experience required. We will move mindfully, stretch gently, and use our breath to relax and focus.

Optional props:

  • 2 yoga blocks or two small stacks of books
  • blanket or towel

Private sessions

I offer one-on-one yoga classes tailored to you with personalized support and feedback. Each session is held on Zoom and comes with a recording you can download and keep. Great for both beginners and experienced yoga students.

To schedule a private session, follow these easy steps:

  1. Click here to download the class waiver if you have not taken a yoga class with me before. Fill out and email a photo or pdf of your wavier to me at christineradice@yahoo.com.

  2. Send payment of $100/60 minute session with Venmo to @bostonreiki or with PayPal by clicking here.

  3. Email me to schedule. Appointments for private sessions are available weeknights after 5:00pm ET and weekend days. Early weekday morning and mid-day sessions are sometimes available as well.
